This Privacy Policy explains how JeetPush ("we", "us") — operated by JSAN Media — collects, uses and protects information when you use jeetpush.cloud (the "Website") and the JeetPush push notification service at push.jeetpush.cloud (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name (optional), email address and a hashed password. We never store plain-text passwords.
Push subscriber data (from your visitors)
When a visitor subscribes to push notifications on a customer's website, the Service stores an anonymous browser push endpoint, encryption keys provided by the browser, approximate location (country/city derived from network headers), device type, operating system and browser user-agent. Web push does not require names, emails or phone numbers.
Usage data
We collect aggregate delivery and click statistics so customers can measure campaign performance.
2. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for: (a) essential site functions, (b) analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Website, and (c) advertising (e.g. Google AdSense), which may use cookies to serve personalized ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn more at how Google uses data.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate and improve the Service
- Deliver push notifications on behalf of our customers
- Send account emails (verification, password reset, important notices)
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse and secure the platform
We do not sell personal information.
4. Your Privacy Rights (including California — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any privacy right, email admin@jeetpush.cloud with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within 45 days as required by law.
5. Unsubscribing from Push Notifications
You can stop push notifications at any time from your browser's notification settings (site permissions), or via the unsubscribe behavior on the website that you subscribed to. Once unsubscribed, your endpoint is disabled and later deleted by our retention cleanup.
6. Data Retention & Security
Subscriber endpoints that unsubscribe or become invalid are automatically purged. Analytics events are retained for a limited window and then deleted. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected with industry-standard controls including hashed credentials and signed webhooks.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
