Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jeetpush.cloud and the JeetPush push notification service operated by JSAN Media. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam
You agree to send push notifications only to users who knowingly opted in on your own website. You must NOT use the Service to:
- Send deceptive, misleading or fraudulent notifications (including fake system alerts)
- Distribute malware, phishing links or illegal content
- Send content that violates applicable US laws or third-party rights
- Circumvent opt-in consent or harvest subscriptions deceptively
- Resell the Service without written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
3. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of your content and subscriber lists. You grant us the limited rights needed to deliver notifications on your behalf. You may export your subscribers at any time.
4. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Browser vendors (Google, Apple, Mozilla) control final delivery of push messages.
5. Fees
The Service is currently free under a fair-use policy. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be published in advance and existing users notified.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSAN Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, illegal use, or risk to the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
